Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, security analysts, and product managers, to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that adhere to best practices and industry standards for usability, accessibility, and branding guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and software security industry developments to continuously improve our products’ user experience.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality and consistency across our product portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize user research data and translate it into meaningful design solutions.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of software security principles and best practices is preferred but not required.
